Posisi yang Dibutuhkan

PT Wilmar Consultancy Services (WCS) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk beberapa posisi, antara lain: RPA, Junior & Senior Programmer, MulesSoft, Junior Business Intelligence, Mid-Senior Business Intelligence, Engineering, End User Computing (EUC), Back Office, Fico, Outsystem, dan Basis.

RPA

Responsibilities:

• Timely delivery of the assigned automation (including reporting)
• Responsible for the quality of the assigned automation
• Reporting any changes to the workflow
• Updating the open defects in the defect log
• Responsible for providing periode status on the progress of development
• First escalation point for any UAT issues
• Responsible for moving the workflow to UAT
• Responsible for creating the process documentation
• First escalation point of contact for automation process
• Provides guidance and help with process design from automation perspective
• Responsible for estimating automation duration

Kualifikasi:

• Subject Matter Expert in the usage and functionality of the RPA software, openness to work on new technologies is mandatory
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer science or equivalent with relevant experience
• Minimum experience of 1-2 years in, Net, or VB/VBA and Power Shell is a strong plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language) and dealing with SQL database area a plus
• Should have excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English
• Should be good at maintaining documentation, code migration between environments and bug fixing

Junior & Senior Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Identify & developed application base on predefined business requirements
• Designs, custom develops, codes, and test complex programs
• Responsible to complete assigned task by target date
• Managing database systems
• Providing Tech support
• Handle integration of business process and procedure
• Maintain & handle trouble shooting bug fixing f developed application
• Create report to meet need of business

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of computer science/information technology
• Familiar with OOP
• Experience in C#, ASP, Net, VB Net and familiar with Net Core MVC, Net Framework MVC
• Having basic knowledge in java (Spring and Hibernate)
• HTML, CSS, JQuery, Javascript
• Experience in REST API
• Experience in SQL Query (SQL Server, MySQL)
• Additional skill in Mobile Development (Android/IOS) is a plus point
• Able to communicate in English actively is a plus point
• Fast learner, able to work independently, under pressure & deliver effectively as a team
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

MulesSoft

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and development using Mulesoft development tools
• Work with technical teams and senior architects to finalize architecture specifications, and creates design as it relates to the customization and/or integration of software solutions
• Perform operational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of MuleSoft
• Assist in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the development and implementation of the solution in production environments
• Work with other integration developer team members to contribute and grow the Mulesoft Platform Capability

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum bachelor degree in engineering, computer science or equipment with relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in java development and concepts, including debugging against java APIs
• Experience with Tomcat, XML, IMS, WS and SOA/Integration technologies eg REST
• Excellent understanding of internet technologies and protocols (TC/IP, DMS, SSL, etc)
• Experience in python, PHP, or another interpreted language like perl, ruby or groovy
• Experience in using version control systems like SVN, GIT
• Able to communicate in English actively is a must

Junior Business Intelligence

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design and build reports/dashboards using BI tools
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g SAP BOBJ, Tableau)
• Collect and cleanse data when required for report/dashboards development and business information needs
• Develop and execute database queries and perform data analysis
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
• Prepare documentation, training materials and conduct training to business users
• Support and monitor report/dashboard issues, identify improvement and resolution
• Work together with team to deliver BI solution to business users

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Informatiks Engineering
• Knowledge and experience working with database queries (SQL, Including, DOL, and DML)
• Knowledge of reporting or BI tools (i.e, Ms Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc)
• Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner, able to work independently & deliver effectively as a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate in English actively is a must
• Has interest in data analytics and data science
• Knowledge and experience in programming is a plus

Mid-Senior Business Intelligence

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design and build reports/dashboards using BI tools
• Translate business logic into data model and develop extraction from source system to Datawarehouse using ETL tools
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g Tableau, Power BI, AWS Redshift, Azure DW, etc)
• Collect and cleanse data when required for report/dashboards development and business information needs
• Develop and execute database queries and perform data analysis
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
• Prepare documentation, training materials and conduct training to business users
• Translate ideas into clear work plan and solution proposal
• Support and monitor report/dashboard issues, identify improvement and resolution
• Work together with team to deliver BI solution to business users

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor
