Persija adalah singkatan dari Persatuan Sepakbola Indonesia Jakarta. Klub sepakbola yang berbasis di Jakarta ini melebarkan sayap di industri esports dengan mendirikan Persija Esports. Persija yang dijuluki Macan Kemayoran tertarik untuk berkolaborasi dengan tim esports terkemuka di Indonesia yang kebetulan dijuluki Macan Putih. Lowongan Kerja Persija EVOS (Persija Esport).Kolaborasi pertama Macan Kemayoran dan Macan Putih melahirkan tim PUBG Mobile yang mengejutkan, yaituPersija EVOS. Penggabungan 2 tim ini diumumkan saat pertengahan laga Persija Jakarta melawan PSM Makassar hari Rabu, 25 Januari di stadion Patriot Candrabhaga, Bekasi.Roster Persija EVOS adalah sebagian penggawa EVOS Reborn, lalu ditambah pro player jebolan BTR RA. VIDEOGRAPHERResponsibilities :Produce high-quality videos encompassing match high lights, player interviews, vlogs, and other exclusive contentGenerate creative and innovative visual content to promote the team and foster fan engagementCapture live events, tournaments, and behind-the-scenes footageEnsure the delivery of real-time, engaging content during live broadcasts and esports competitionsCollaborate with the marketing team to align video content with promotional campaigns and branding strategiesManage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for recording and editing purposeStay updated on the latest video production technologies and trends, recommending equipment upgrades when necessaryImplement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the overall quality of video productionsQualifications :Proven experience as a videographer, preferably within the esports or gaming industryProficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)Strong understanding of esports and gaming cultureExcellent communication and teamwork skillsCreative mindset and ability to think outside3. Project & Esport Operation OfficerJob Description :Develop and plan esport events involving sponsors, teams, and the communityTake responsibility for the operational details of each event from inception to conclusionMaintain effective communication with sponsors, team managers and relevant stakeholdersCommunicate vital information from sponsors to team managers and membersDevelop training schedules and team activities aligned with upcoming eventsFoster positive relationship between esports team and external partiesManage budgets and resources for each esport project/eventPlan clear project timelines and ensure all deadlines are metIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategiesCollect data and feedback post-event to evaluate success and identify areas for improvementCreate evaluation reports for sponsors and relevant stakeholdersQualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in event management, particularly in the esports industryExperience in negotiating and building partnerships with sposorsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of the esports industry, team structures, and major eventsAbility to think creatively and innovatively in planning engaging and effective eventsAbility to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work well with various stakeholders4.
